Dr. Bahagon also serves as a lecturerg in the fields of e-Health, Evidence-Based Medicine and Medical Informatics at the Hebrew University Hadassah and the Ben-Gurion Medical Schools. Prior to his current position, Dr. Bahagon served as the Medical Director of the Israeli Clinical Information Center, and as a consultant to CEOs positions in the Venture Capital, Bio-Medical and Pharmaceutical industries.

BAQIMEHP is a structure of professional formation and analysis for the private sector of French hospitalisation concerning more specifically DRGs, quality in health care and cost studies for inpatients. As Vice President of the French Health Economics Society (SFES), he organises meetings on innovation and management. Often invited to talks in Europe, his topics concern investments and economics aspects induced by the recent financial crisis. He works with UEHP (Private Hospital European Union) on social and economic reforms in EU 27, concerning health care sector and hospitals.

Alessandro Giustini is Consultant Professor in PM&R at Florence University from 1988 until now. After different clinical responsibilities in public and private Rehabilitation Centres, since 2008 until now he is Scientific Director of San Pancrazio Rehabilitation Hospital –KOS Group – in Arco (Trento) and Scientific Consultant in Rehabilitation Agazzi Center in Arezzo. He is Italy’s representative since 1995 for the Discipline of Physiatry in the European Union of Medical Specialists at Brussels, President of European PRM Society (years 2007-2011) and President of the European Venice 2010 Congress. He is active member of some international Scientific Societies in the field of rehabilitation, including the American Academy of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine and the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. He is member of World Federation of Neuro-Rehabilitation. He is one of member-founder, into Mediterranean Forum of PRM, of Euro-Mediterranean PRM Summer School of Siracusa (Sicily) in 2005 for the promotion of PRM education in this area. Before General Secretary of the Professional Labour Union of Physiatrists until 2002, he was elected President of the Italian Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine for a three-year term until 2005. He also was President of Italian Neuro-Rehabilitation Society for years 2007/2009, he is member of European Federation for Research in Rehabilitation.

Henny van Laarhoven is Managing director Orbis Medical Park. In 1999 the government gave three hospitals the permission to build a new hospital but with an extra task. They should be highly innovative and creative in terms of the efficacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the development and design processes and their outcomes. In practice Orbis was the only one of the three 21st century hospital projects to stay the course. The first five years she was involved as director of the hospital, since 2004 she was appointed as project director of the new building project of Orbis Medical Centre (OMC). From june 2009 until the end of 2010 she was director of the supporting departments (ICT, Facilities, Administration and Property management). She implemented the Shared Service Concept in order to be able to facilitate further cooperations with other hospitals and private partners. Guiding the Orbis Homecare organisation into a Joint Venture with a commercial partner, including the implementation of total new business software she just finished.

Since 2010, Ralf Wagner has been Assistant Director of Nursing and Care Management at Vivantes and is responsible for 9 hospitals with appr. 5.200 beds in Berlin. Furthermore, he has been Director of Nursing of Vivantes Region Nord since 2003, including Vivantes Klinikum Spandau (570 beds) and Vivantes Humboldt-Klinikum (657 beds) in Berlin. From 1988 to 2003, Ralf was Deputy Director of Health Care and Nursing Services at Klinikum Fichtelgebirge in Marktredwitz. He earned two degrees from part-time study courses at the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück (“Care and Health Management”, Bachelor in Business Administration). In 2003, Ralf Wagner became a founding member of Deutsche Gesellschaft für intergrierte Versorgung – DGIV. Since 1987 he has been a member of Deutscher Berufsverband für Krankenpflege – DBfK).
