The AKG is an association of specialised architects working in the fields of hospital buildings and public health facilities. With support of quality assurance and increase of quality, they take part for efficient, human and economic healthcare, medical care and elder people’s welfare. They support young talented architects through competitions every two years. The AKG commit to goals and mission of the BDA, Association of German Architects, and campaign for reinforcement the position of freelancing architects.

BERLINboxx Businessmagazin
Im Jahr 2000 erschien die erste Ausgabe der BERLINboxx. Seither gehört das Magazin zu den relevanten Wirtschaftsmedien in der Hauptstadtregion. Mit 11.000 Exemplaren erreicht die BERLINboxx ihre Zielgruppe – in erster Linie Entscheider und Multiplikatoren aus Politik, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Die BERLINboxx erhalten beispielsweise alle Abgeordneten des Bundestages, des Berliner Abgeordnetenhauses und des Brandenburger Landtages. Weiterhin alle Landesvertreter, Botschaften, Businessclubs oder eine Vielzahl von Wirtschaftsvereinigungen in Berlin. Das eigentliche Alleinstellungsmerkmal der BERLINboxx ist der umfangreiche Kalender für Wirtschaft und Politik in der Hauptstadt, der viele Business- und Politiktermine enthält. Herausgegeben wird die BERLINboxx von der Business Network Marketing- und Verlagsgesellschaft mbH. Das Magazin erscheint sechs Mal jährlich im Zwei-Monatstakt im praktischen Taschenformat.

The German Hospital Institute has been the leading educational institute for hospitals in Germany for nearly 60 years. In addition to the wide range of further educational courses for all major expert groups in the hospital and health care sector the German Hospital Institute is leader in research and consulting. Since 1953 multitude of research projects, studies and analysis has influenced the hospital and health care sector in Germany. A wide range of consulting services are offered to hospitals, their responsible bodies and other clients. Supporting organisations of the German Hospital Institute are the German Hospital Federation, the Association of German Hospital Managers and the Association of Hospital Medical Superintendents. Cooperation with leading universities in Germany exists.
The European Medical Travel Conference (EMTC2012) is the second largest international platform for medical tourism and associated topics and will take place in Berlin from 25 th to 27 th of April 2012.

The Green Hospital Program at Asklepios Clinics and its partners is based on three core areas: Responsibility for the environment, preventative medicine, ecological use of energy in new constructions and the renovation of clinics.
